Tourism infrastructure: approvals revoked for Archanes–Asterousia and Pylos–Nestor projects
Two acts posted on 3 November cite different grounds: failure to accept an approval, and inability to certify the full financial scope and eligibility.

The Ministry of Tourism posted two investment-project approval revocations on 3 November 2026 on its official decisions pages. The full acts are dated 27 and 30 October respectively; the posting date is not presented as the signature date.
Archanes–Asterousia: acceptance obligation not met
Act 20363 of 27 October 2026, ADA Ψ2ΚΔ465ΧΘΟ-3ΘΑ, revokes approval of the aid application for an open artificial underwater attraction in the municipality of Archanes–Asterousia. It concerns SUB7, Diving and Underwater Tourism, under Recovery Fund action 16931.
The act states that the obligation to accept the original approval 21920 of 29 October 2025 was not met under the call’s terms. This is the document’s administrative reasoning, not an allegation of an unlawful payment.
Pylos–Nestor: certification and eligibility
Act 20552 of 30 October 2026, ADA 9ΠΑΕ465ΧΘΟ-ΟΞΣ, revokes approval 22562 of 5 November 2025 for improving beach accessibility in the municipality of Pylos–Nestor, under SUB6, Accessible Beaches.
The ministry cites inability to certify the full financial scope and its eligibility on the basis of original invoices, supporting documents and evidence required by the call.
What the decisions establish
The documents establish revocation of the specified approvals. They do not support a blanket conclusion that all relevant infrastructure in either municipality is closing or that every possible alternative source of funding is cancelled. No repayment amount is reported without a corresponding documented act. For citizens, the key change is that the earlier approvals can no longer be used as confirmation that aid for these two particular projects remains approved.
