What you are reading
News articles name their sources and distinguish an organisation’s announcement from independent verification of its claims. Opinion and signed contributions express their authors’ views. Citing an official statement does not turn that organisation’s assessment into an established fact.
The Greek edition includes an older archive. The English edition contains selected stories with reviewed translations. Article dates and update notes identify the time to which the information relates; an old deadline does not become active again because a story remains in the archive.
Technology and images
Production and operation use artificial intelligence and automation tools. These tools do not constitute sources for verifying facts. AI images carry the caption “Photo AI” on section and article pages. Images by other creators carry the corresponding credit.
