EuroLeague: Olympiacos lose 57–62 to Crvena Zvezda

Olympiacos closed to within two points late at SUNEL Arena but suffered their third loss in ten games.

Crvena Zvezda beat Olympiacos 62–57 at SUNEL Arena on Friday, 6 November, in Round 10 of the EuroLeague. Olympiacos trailed 22–40 at half-time and 41–51 at the end of the third quarter before Evan Fournier’s layup cut the gap to 55–57.

Christian Koloko restored the visitors’ four-point lead, then Chris Jones hit a three to make it 55–62 with 41 seconds left. Sasha Vezenkov scored 27 points for Olympiacos, who made five of 36 three-point attempts. The Greek club now has seven wins and three losses.
