myEOPYY: mobile reimbursement claims and provider feedback
The Health Ministry presented two tools on 3 November. The first feedback phase covers contracted specialists, diagnostic laboratories and physiotherapy practices.

Insured users can use myEOPYY to view their Health Insurance File on a phone. At its presentation on 3 November 2026, the Health Ministry said the app was available to download. The file shows insurance eligibility, visits, procedures, hospital stays, medicines and reimbursements, among other information.
Submitting and tracking a claim
The app lets users submit a reimbursement claim by photographing the required documents and track its progress. The ministry also describes claim management for minors and dependants and an electronic ticket for collecting high-cost medicines. Online submission does not by itself establish approval or a payment date.
A separate feedback system
The first phase covers contracted private specialists, diagnostic laboratories and physiotherapy practices. After being notified by text message, insured users can fill in a short questionnaire in their Health Insurance File. EOPYY will use responses to identify issues and track quality indicators. The announcement gives no date for expansion to other provider categories.
