The Greek Ministry of Development presents ten projects with a combined budget of €226.2 million in its announcement of 3 November 2026 on round B of the Large Investments scheme. It reports state aid exceeding €104 million and more than 400 expected jobs.

These are the aggregate figures in the official announcement. Employment is an expected outcome of the projects, rather than hiring already completed.

What the administrative act confirms

The General Secretariat for Private Investments publishes act 92030 of 29 October 2026, completing examination of objections and announcing the final ranking. It explicitly states that the final ranking is not an inclusion decision and that a definitive list will follow the allocation decision under article 29(4) of law 4887/2022.

Today’s announcement uses the term “definitive lists”, while that act establishes the stage following examination of objections. Announced amounts and ranking are not presented as confirmation that aid has been paid or investments completed.

Which projects are involved

The scheme concerns investment projects with eligible costs above €15 million. The ministry lists cement, aluminium, food and beverages, data processing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and paper packaging. The update concerns evaluation of previously submitted projects rather than a new application window for businesses.
