Drivers on Ionia Odos towards Antirrio exit at the Arta interchange, follow the old Antirrio–Ioannina national road and rejoin the motorway at Amfilochia. The diversion began at 07:00 on Friday, 6 November and is scheduled to last until 18:00 on Tuesday, 10 November 2026, according to Nea Odos. All times are local.
Which ramps are closed
Southbound entry ramps at Arta and the Kompoti half-interchange are closed for the same period. The notice covers this direction only. The work involves installing signs near the cutting at kilometre 128.5.
Nea Odos says the road may reopen earlier if works are completed ahead of schedule, and advises drivers to follow the temporary signs.
