Starting position

Sit on a stable chair without wheels, feet on the floor, torso upright and shoulders relaxed. Look ahead.

Left and right

Following the NHS guide, slowly turn your head towards the left shoulder to a comfortable point. Hold for five seconds, return to centre and repeat right. Do up to three repetitions per side, without using a hand to push.

Stop if uncomfortable

This is not treatment for pain. Stop if you feel pain or dizziness. With an injury or medical condition, check suitability with a health professional.
