Greece and Türkiye review confidence-building measures in Chania

Greece’s ministry says participants reviewed implementation of the agreed 2026 measures and discussed activities for 2027. Diplomats, senior military officers and other officials attended.
The Greek statement describes a positive atmosphere and says Türkiye will host the next round. It does not publish a detailed programme or a new agreement. The confirmed outcome is continued dialogue and a review of cooperation, rather than resolution of bilateral disputes.
