Kalamaria: five bus routes diverted because of roadworks
Routes 04A, 04E, 05B, 06A and 06B change from 15 October. Alternative streets and the arrangements for stops.
Temporary changes affecting five bus routes in Kalamaria take effect on Thursday 15 October 2026 because of works on Marmara, Adamantiou Korai and I. Pasalidi streets.
The original OSETH announcement is dated 14 October; the arrangements begin on 15 October. ERT also reports the changes today.
Alternative routes
During closures of Marmara and Adamantiou Korai streets, OSETH specifies the following diversions, depending on the progress of the works:
- 04A: Miaouli – Plastira – Kerasountos.
- 04E: Miaouli – Plastira – I. Pasalidi.
- 05B: Miaouli – Plastira – I. Pasalidi.
- 06A: Metamorfoseos – Chilis – Plastira – Miaouli – Kountouriotou.
- 06B: Miaouli – Plastira – I. Pasalidi.
Where buses will stop
Stops bypassed by the diversions will temporarily not be served. Buses will use all stops along their alternative routes.
The announcement does not specify an end date or name the affected stops. Passengers should allow for the diversion when planning their journey. The arrangements do not mean that the five routes are suspended entirely.
