Eudoxus textbook declarations open: the two deadlines to check
Declarations and distribution for winter semester 2026–2027 start on 15 October. Selecting textbooks and collecting them have different deadlines.

Textbook declarations and distribution through Eudoxus for winter semester 2026–2027 begin on Thursday 15 October 2026, according to Greece’s Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports.
Declare by 15 January, collect by 29 January
Students at higher education institutions and Higher Ecclesiastical Academies must complete their declarations by Friday 15 January 2027. Distribution ends on Friday 29 January 2027, a date also displayed on the official Eudoxus portal.
Check with your department’s secretariat first. If a department or single-department school sets a later start or earlier closing date for declarations, its shorter window applies. Students access the service through the student option on the official eudoxus.gr portal.
The ministry describes the deadlines as binding and says no extension will be given. The later collection deadline therefore does not extend the time allowed to declare textbooks.
Institutional libraries must also complete textbook purchase requests by 15 January, while publishers must deliver those library orders by 29 January.
