e-EFKA launches platform for questions, reports and complaints
The service went live on 12 October. Requests are routed automatically to the competent unit, without separate email addresses or an in-person visit merely to file them.

e-EFKA's new online subsystem for submitting questions, reports and complaints went live on Monday 12 October 2026. The service is part of the social-security body's new Integrated Information System.
What citizens can submit
According to e-EFKA's official announcement, the platform accepts general or specialised questions as well as reports and complaints. Citizens no longer need to identify a separate email address for each subject or visit an office merely to file the request.
Automatic routing to the competent service
Once submitted, a request is routed automatically to the competent unit for examination and response. The announcement does not specify a single processing time for every category of request.
The platform changes how communication is filed and managed. It does not guarantee acceptance of a complaint or a particular outcome; each case is examined by the competent service.
