Lefkada e-EFKA office relocation starts on 2 November — assistance through 1555

The Lefkada local directorate of e-EFKA will begin relocating on Monday 2 November 2026, according to the administration’s announcement today. Its new premises are at the junction of Ant. Tzeveleki and Filosofon streets in Lefkada.
The agency has not yet set a completion date. A further announcement will confirm completion of the move and full restoration of telephone and electronic connections. The relocation start date does not confirm that the new office is already operating normally.
Assistance for citizens
Until service operations have been fully restored, e-EFKA directs users to 1555. The unified telephone centre provides free assistance around the clock, seven days a week. This notice concerns the specific local directorate and does not announce a nationwide shutdown of e-EFKA services.
