EEP–EBP transfers: applications from 16 October to 2 November
The circular covers permanent staff for the 2026–2027 school year. Saving a draft is not enough: applicants must finalise their application and retain its PDF.
Permanent Special Educational Personnel (EEP) and Special Support Personnel (EBP) can apply electronically for transfers for the 2026–2027 school year from 16 October through 2 November 2026. Circular 137906/E4 was issued on 15 October; applications have not yet opened at the time of publication.
Applications and supporting documents
Applicants submit their own application through teachers.minedu.gov.gr, using their Greek School Network credentials. Finalisation serves as a signature and generates a reference number: applicants should save or print the PDF.
Saving a draft does not constitute submission, and late finalisation is not allowed. Required supporting documents must be emailed by the application deadline to the Education Directorate or Regional Directorate responsible for the applicant’s permanent post, subject to the circular’s specific exceptions. Unchanged scoring information already recorded in the system does not require documents to be resubmitted.
The same period covers applications for permanent placement and improved placement, without listing preferences. Mutual transfers are excluded: applications for those must be made within ten days after transfers are announced.
