Heating replacement scheme: €36.4m in supplier and installer payments
The Environment and Energy Ministry reports three payment rounds covering 30,219 redeemed vouchers. These are business payments, not a new household application call.

The Ministry of Environment and Energy announced on 27 October 2026 a total of €36.4 million in payments to 3,677 suppliers and installers under the heating-system and water-heater replacement scheme.
Which vouchers are covered
According to the ministry, three rounds took place on 22 September, 6 October and 26 October 2026, covering 30,219 vouchers redeemed through February 2026. The amount is the announced aggregate for those rounds, not a single payment made on 27 October.
Payments go directly to suppliers’ declared bank accounts. The release does not provide a detailed list of companies or proof of each individual account credit.
What follows
The ministry says redeemed vouchers continue to be paid gradually in redemption-date order. It gives no specific date for each subsequent payment or for clearing all outstanding vouchers.
For suppliers, the practical development concerns settlements under the existing scheme. No new household application round, redemption deadline or direct payment of this sum to residents is announced.
